Ordering Information

The Toni Levy Supply website is set up to make your on-line ordering experience easy. While we expect to process and fill every order, we reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to not accept or cancel orders.

When you process your order, you will be charged for the total price of the products ordered, shipping and taxes. These charges are documented in more detail in the “Payment”, “Shipping” and “Taxes” section of this document. We review each Order and, once accepted, your Order for in-stock items will be shipped within 36 hours on business days. If your order is unable to ship within 36 hours, we will contact you to discuss an alternate course of action which may include credit of charges. Some situations that may result in your order being not accepted or canceled include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified as a result of credit and fraud. We may also require additional verification's or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if there is an issue with your order or if additional information is required to accept and process your order. If your order is canceled after payment received, we will issue a credit by the charged payment method for the amount of the charge.

YOUR ACCOUNT

When and if you use the site, it shall be your sole responsibility to maintain the confidentially of you e-mail address and password related to any personal or business account you created on the site (the “Account”), and for restricting access to your computer(s). You also agree to accept sole responsibility for any and all activity that occurs under your Account.
